Social Distancing

  • Members will be advised to avoid person-to-person contact, including handshakes and hugs.
  • Replacement of in-person meetings with calls, video conferencing, and emails even with people within the same building will be encouraged.
  • Floor markers in areas including elevators, turnstiles, and pantries will ensure a distance of 6 feet between people.
  • The use of staircases will be encouraged to minimise crowding in elevators wherever possible.
  • Members will be encouraged to eat their lunch at their desks.
  • Masks will be mandatory within our spaces as per government mandates. All members will be requested to arrange their own masks.
  • Common amenities like the gym, pool, and library will temporarily be closed.
  • Seating layout in the common areas will be revised to ensure a minimum of 6-feet distance between two seats.

Access Protocol

  • Members and employees will be welcomed back into the building only after a self-declaration of medical fitness.
  • All members will undergo a temperature screening at the main gate.
  • Visitors will be allowed in the buildings with mandatory self-declaration of health fitness, face masks, and temperature checks.
  • Stationery will be available to members and employees only on demand at the community bar.
  • Phone booths will be temporarily unavailable.
  • Valet services may not be available at a few WeWork locations.
  • A list of authorised hospitals for COVID-19 treatment will be available with the community team.

Food & Beverage

  • The provision of condiments and cutlery will be temporarily suspended.
  • Chai Point, food serving points, breakfast, fruit water, ice machines, and the Honesty Market will be temporarily non-operational.
  • Coffee machines and water dispensers will be operational. Touch button type dispensers will be sanitised every 30 mins, whereas other machine surfaces will be sanitised every hour.
  • The pantries will have dedicated staff in the recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure said guidelines are followed.

Sanitisation

  • All areas inside the WeWork premises will be disinfected regularly in close coordination with the building management.
  • A pre-opening Anti-Viral ULV Treatment will be conducted before buildings open to members.
  • High-touch surfaces including lift buttons, door handles, and pantry surfaces will be cleaned with increased frequency and care every 30 minutes.
  • Optimum stock of hand sanitisers and soap dispensers will be ensured.
  • Hand sanitisers will be installed at the community bar, pantries, elevators, and other common areas in the building, along with signages to promote frequent use.
